About the Event
Mingle with friends and enjoy Wolffer wine at Roll & Hill. Our weaving circle will take place on the 3rd floor of the space, where you’ll learn to weave a Cornet Basket designed by @erinjennie for Closely Crafted. When your basket is complete, you will have the opportunity to fill it and arrange blooms with @flowerpsycho
No experience needed; all skill levels welcome
We will be providing scissors and kitchen knives to share, but if you prefer to bring your own, please feel free to do so.
Your donation will go toward the Closely Crafted Apprenticeship Program supporting a new generation of artisans through outreach and training.

About Erin
Erin Pollard is a fashion industry executive, brand builder, strategist, and marketer. Erin led global fashion partnerships at Harper's BAZAAR and goop before starting her consultancy POLLARD, where she advised values-driven fashion brands dedicated to circularity, farm-to-fashion, hand-craft community preservation, and American-made products.
Erin grew up in Maine, where her mother was a basketmaker and teacher. As an adult, Erin re-discovered basket weaving as a solo meditation but quickly found satisfaction via sharing and teaching the craft. She believes our culture craves the nourishing benefits of making things together and hopes to transfer the knowledge of a lost tradition by inspiring others to explore basket weaving.
